Inviting a Client
You invite a client from the Client Portal card on the PI case Overview.Open the Client Portal card
Find the Client Portal card on the PI case Overview.
Send the invite
Click Invite (or Invite All when there are several clients) to send a magic-link email. If a client has no email on file, you will be prompted to add one first.
Track or re-send
The card shows when the invite was sent and lets you re-send it.
